I took my van for a diagnostic test and they said it would cost 300 dollars and I left paying 550 dollars plus the tax for the diagnostic. I took my van in at 7am and they said they can do it for me at would cost 300 dollars and I left paying 550 dollars plus the tax for the diagnostic. I took my van in at 7am and they said they can do it for me at noon. And I wasn’t able to have a spot until 4:30 after they told me noon. The guy who attended me had a bad attitude the whole time. They also didn’t want to return my van because the person who attended me 0in the morning didn’t pass the paper work to the closing staff and they couldn’t return my van because they couldn’t confirm it was all put back together. Their response was that the person who attended me had already left but I saw her in the back and when I pointed her out they ended up sorting it out and saying the diagnostic was gonna take 30min (now being 5pm) I didn’t leave the dealer until 6:30pm. I also paid for a oil change here that cost $713.86 More

I needed assistance with repairing my vehicle. I attempted to schedule an appointment through Mopro but was unsuccessful. I called down to get more information and within the first few rings my call was answered. George was extremely informative throughout our conversation. I don’t have any experience dealing with warranty claims and he gave me peace of mind and was willing to answer all my questions. I had lost hope in idea of an easy fix, but George made it happen! I will go out of my way in the future as well as recommending everyone to use your dealership when any automotive needs arise.
