Hi all my name is Paige, and I am one of the top 2 Business Managers here @ Younger Nissan. I have been here since the tender age of 18! I love my children, husband and in my spare time I love to decorate, travel (TN is where my heart is @), play Sims when I am alone, and Cards when with others! I am a pretty outgoing person! My personality is huge really compared to my 4' 09" frame!! I have really loved working here @ Younger. Learning and growing in the car business has been a true blessing. I started in sales and then moved into the BDC Dept. While there I found that my calling was going to be helping people find a way to make car ownership affordable! I have been in the Financing side of the dealership for over a year now and continue to find ways to learn more everyday! I hope to one day take over Rob Harley's position here; but please don't tell him!!!

The good, then the bad. .. The financing department was wonderful! Paige Nicolao was extremely helpful, friendly and very well prepared. She handled our questions and concer .. The financing department was wonderful! Paige Nicolao was extremely helpful, friendly and very well prepared. She handled our questions and concerns with a warm and professional manner and made sure we were taken care of and happy with everything. She was the only person in the dealer to provide their card. Unprofessional customer service from sales! I spoke with Brenton on a Thursday (and again on Friday) to schedule a test drive at the dealership for a specific car, and to make sure the car was available. When we arrived at the dealership Saturday morning (an hour drive away) he informed me the car was at the auto body shop so we couldn't see or test drive it (was at the shop since Thursday so he never verified the car before, during or after we scheduled the appointment). He didn't have the title information on hand and seemed very unprepared for the meeting. He got up from his desk and walked away several times without saying anything, or letting us know he'd be back. At one point he began assisting another walk-in customer and left without saying anything. After completing the sale, he confirmed he would call us before 10 AM the following Monday to arrange to pick up the vehicle. He didn't call us and we had to call twice before he let us know the car would not be ready for pickup until that evening. We were extremely unhappy with his unprofessional actions, poor communication and rude customer service - we almost cancelled the sale because of him. Service omissions... after the sale, I got a text message from the dealership asking if I had any questions; I responded back requesting service information and never got an answer. Days later, an email arrived stating I "chose not to have recommended services performed on my vehicle" at the time of the sale and that I should contact the service dept because service was needed --- I was never told about the services when we bought the vehicle. IN FACT, we specifically asked if oil change and routine tests had been done and were told all tests and evaluations had been completed. More

Most considerate and respectful team ever, they truly go above and beyond with their customers. I initially rejected their offer and even after my other offer (from a different dealer) fell short they STILL above and beyond with their customers. I initially rejected their offer and even after my other offer (from a different dealer) fell short they STILL sold me the car with the price we agreed upon. Got me in and out within 40 minutes. Corey, Joey, Carl and Paige are a DREAM TEAM would definitely recommend them buying used or new. If you’re looking for a respectful, considerate, and supportive dealer, definitely go to Younger Nissan! More

Based on my follow-up with Steve I'm hoping my experience was a one off and they will amend their practices going forward. I'd give them another chance because of Steve and Frank. Management displays unwillingness to logistically help the customer, home delivery is a false promise, and the general lack of trust is immense. Guaranteed bank checks are not accepted here without a litany of hoops, both because they don’t trust you and because they’d rather you finance in house to bump their profit. They lost my title paperwork and had nightmares with them trying to find it, when I tried to communicate with the dealer that they fudged my paperwork they hung up on me and would not correct their mistake. Didn’t get a title (on a car that wasn’t financed with them) for 6 months. Frank is the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly go-to guy. That’s all they have to offer. Karl in management is the root cause of this poor experience. More
