Brought in our car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic left oil pan plug loose, which caused car to leak oil in our new driveway. Plug was only finger tight, didn't even feel like a wre rotation. Mechanic left oil pan plug loose, which caused car to leak oil in our new driveway. My overall experience was much better and easier than I thought. David sold me my car and he was very attentive and was very patient and kind. Jorge was kind and courteous, knew the exact car I wanted. He went above and beyond, he even drove my car home, because I was in my husbands car.
