I went in for my $45,000 mile checkup. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. I was disappointed that when they changed my oil they broke the cap that stops IT from coming out. It seems Everyone at the dealership was very nice. I was disappointed that when they changed my oil they broke the cap that stops IT from coming out. It seems someone at a different Buick dealer put it on too tight and when they took it off it broke. I don't think I should have been held responsible for that since it was a Buick dealer that did it but I ended up spending $25 on a new cap. Other than that I was very happy with everything they did and they got it out to me again in good time More
