They haven't done any follow-up phone calls. When we purchased our used truck, Jake was supposed to call to answer a question on the apps service. Never did. The Bluetooth stopped so we stopped by and Jake fixed it no problem. But when questioned about the app again said he'd call me with an answer, never did. The call center called to setup my first service appointment and quoted me $98 for the oil change and tire rotation. It cost me $155 for a diesel, and they couldn't rotate the tires being understaffed and it's a doollie. I understand it being more for the diesel, but the call center needs to be better prepared! If youd like me to digress, we bought a second vehicle from Geneseo. We got our own finance but tried through them first. They have submitted the loan application to over 20 financial institutions and killed our credit. More

My onstar module needed to be replaced and when the part arrived Liz was very accommodating at getting my Terrain in to get it fixed. Service manager wouldn't listen to my problem with the lights. He told me that they worked. I explained to him that they didn't come on automatically. He said they didn't work at night and couldn't check lights. He told me that they worked. I explained to him that they didn't come on automatically.
