I originally scheduled my appointment through the GMC website. The scheduling piece worked and saved my appointment, but the tires that I had requested were not conveyed to the dealership. Ms. Weber explained the current promotions that were going on, found tires in-stock that fit my vehicle, and got me a better deal on a better tire than I was planning on from the manufacturer.
