Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of TROY is the warmest , welcoming , friendliest place I have ever been in. Not only did I walk out with a brand new jeep but I also walked out with a new friend. Jacki did such a great job putting my mind at ease and Elliott baby stepped me through the whole finance process and was wonderful. I came back in on Saturday, and even Fred in Service was great about answering all my service questions. I live in Clinton Twp and will drive those extra miles to have my Jeep serviced there and to shop for a vehicle for my hubby. A huge Thanks to whom ever hired and put these people in their positions because they are very good at what they do!! More

Was shopping for a Chrysler 300 and my local dealers either didn't have what I was looking for or would not budge on the price. Seen a car on the web site and called to see what the dealer hours were a either didn't have what I was looking for or would not budge on the price. Seen a car on the web site and called to see what the dealer hours were and this was a Saturday so wasn't too hopeful of talking to anyone but they were open till 5pm and asked if I'd like to set up an appointment to test drive the car. set up the appointment and ended up getting there about an hour early. after letting them know I was there to look at a car it wasn't long and they had someone to assist me, and that was saying something since this was car show weekend and they were very busy. I was introduced to Stuart Smith and we went to talk about the car I was interested in. He got the key and had the car pulled up, it was freshly cleaned and ready to take for the test drive. after coming back we sat down and hashed out the details, although I was already pre-qualified for the loan from my credit-union, Stuart suggested that they could do better and boy was he right. They got me in the car I wanted and at a price I couldn't refuse. I will be a long time customer with people and service like that . And my friend that was also looking at a future purchase says he will shop here first even though we are 65 miles from the dealer. I think that is something to say about the dealer when people are happy to drive 65 miles on a snowy windy day to buy a car. My thanks to Stuart Smith, and the rest of the staff at Suburban. More

As a recent college graduate, I was looking into leasing my first brand new car. I had a couple of options in mind that I was interested in looking at, all were Chrysler vehicles. My father and I saw an ad my first brand new car. I had a couple of options in mind that I was interested in looking at, all were Chrysler vehicles. My father and I saw an ad in the paper for Suburban dealership in Troy that advertised for the Chrysler 200 and the Jeep Patriot at pretty decent prices. We decided to go in and take a look. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the dealership right when I walked in, felt very professional. I was introduced to the salesman who would be helping me out, Rick LaRue. He asked us which vehicles we had our eyes on and showed us the many options that were available for us. After looking and test driving a couple of the cars, we started talking about price and whether or not they had exactly what I wanted in stock. I was still hesitant about making a decision because the price was a little higher than I was expecting, so I decided to check out one more dealership. I did end up finding a cheaper price elsewhere but it was not the exact color that I was hoping for. So we went back to Rick and told him, he talked with his managers to see what they could do, and within a couple of hours, they re-offered a new price that was much closer to what I budgeted for and for the exact color and car that I originally had my eye on. Rick was very understanding of my situation of being a newly graduated college student and was determined to give me exactly what I wanted for my first new car. I was overall very satisfied with my experience with Suburban Troy and I look forward to returning to them for future leases. Oh, and I love my new car! I would recommend my friends and family who are looking for a new vehicle to go see Rick LaRue at Troy Suburban Chrysler dealership. More
