We gave this rating because we have a bankruptcy, that is almost complete, and Elliot and John treated us with coutesy and respect. They both went out of their way to help us get a used car. Not only did they have to work with our lawyer because of the things the court requires of a person with bankruptcy, but they held the car while these issues were being resolved. They keep us informed and when everything was complete, they immediately had the car and the paperwork ready. Not only would we recommed Suburban we would recommed Elliot and John. When it comes to purchasing an automobile, my expectations are substantial and rather demanding. I consumed more of his time than he probably would have liked but he hung in there and we were finally able to strike a deal. I've been to dozens of dealerships over the years and this has to be one of the nicest. Very professional, beautiful showroom, and very customer service oriented. More

Elliot Usewick met all of our expectations. Elliot told us that the extra keys would not be available to cut until Monday. Received a call Monday that they were in and to go to service to get them cut, he us that the extra keys would not be available to cut until Monday. Today I went to the service department and they said it should be about 45 minute wait. I now have to come back another day to get the keys done. I wish people would give information that is more inline. More
