I was irritated that I asked for a specific finance option and a different one was selected that had higher rates. I now know I can get pre-approved wherever I choose. The salesman was honest, brutal option and a different one was selected that had higher rates. I now know I can get pre-approved wherever I choose. The salesman was honest, brutally at times, but don’t give a price for a car then tell us it’s going to be more. Our salesman didn’t do that but others did. Didn’t think that was super fair, and then bring in the kbb like not my fault you were charging less. More
