I purchased a new Chevy Equinox on 10-15-2020, great experience during the sales part, well until a problem arose after our trip to Seaside the next day 10-16-2020 with MPG. I was texting Elliott that day, and after asking a question regarding the return policy, I felt like the conversation was avoided at all cost until a asked the question directly. I was over the miles for the return by 3miles, and the reply was (o my), end of conversation. On 10-17-2020 I called to see who to speak with, and I spoke to Adam I believe, or it may have been Aaron about the issue with the MPG on the vehicle. I spoke in great detail about the issue, and after explaining the issue, I was told the Brian wasn't there, and that the person I spoke to said the they would relay the message to Brian, and have him call me back on 10-18-2020, and to the date and time of this email, I have had no reply from anyone regarding this issue. Its nice to feel like you mean something when purchasing a New vehicle just for it to be completely undone by the very next day when all I needed was a little information...Typical Dealership Mentality at its best! I thought that since the Service Department treated me with respect, and bent over backwards for me, only gave me a false impression of the Dealership as a whole, and I see that now. Your friends during all of the sales pitches, and dealing with the closing agent during a New car sale. However, when I needed you the most at a very difficult time, you failed me! Now I feel like another person of non self-worth with McLoughlin Chevrolet. As a Military Vet, I'm not to happy about being treated this way, and my intention is to let Mr.Khorasani, and Mr.Khajehnouri know about this matter at hand. I did figure things out by contacting another Dealership where I did feel like they cared about a customer that didn't purchase the car from them, but did help. At least the Seaside trip wasn't a total disaster thanks to a local Chevy Dealership. I still have somethings to figure out regarding the Car, but I will figure them out. Thank you for your time. The salesman Elliott was great. I only gave it 3 stars because of the 3 hour wait to see the business manager and complete the deal. It was not the fault of the business manager since all deals had to go because of the 3 hour wait to see the business manager and complete the deal.
