Elliott was great because he has a high level of customer service and he keeps customers optimistic. I was highly skeptical that they would get me financed and if they could get me financed, it would be at a higher monthly payment and super high interest rate. Through that eager, kinda stressful time he was calm, kind and knowledgeable. Truly appreciate the conversation we shared which helped me with the eagerness/stress and for staying positive that we would get a good deal done. 2nd huge thanks and appreciation to Ezra and the fiance team who jumped through hoops to get me an amazing deal. First finance guy who told me the honest truth about taking 1year -18months to really improve my credit when other dealer have said 6 months. I have challenging credit but what they did for me truly deserves generous praise, Thank you. After having a 2001 Silverado (accident) for 15 years, then having a F-150 for 8 month (accident) I knew I had to get back into a Chevy Silverado. So I linked up with Elliot and the McLaughlin Chevrolet and THEY made it happen. They went above and beyond for me. I knew getting financed was going to be a challenge but the biggest thing I appreciate about McLaughlin Chevrolet is that they took it as their challenge along with me and got me an amazing deal. I got the monthly payment I was truly seeking and to top it off I got an amazing interest rate, for that I'm deeply grateful. Too old school, the Sales folks are figureheads and have no authority until a customer gets mad. TOO BAD!! It took 4 hours to buy this vehicle. Little dismayed that got factory discounts including from being a Costco member to see a $3500.00 application charge. So really only got a partial discount disappointed because the dealer manufacture doesn' being a Costco member to see a $3500.00 application charge.
