When I went inside to the desk they "noticed" I had 33,000 miles and suggested I get a certain service not related to the brakes that was going to cost me $475. I told them no thanks. When they took my car in I was told the rear brake job was going to cost me $485. They must think everybody that comes in there is mechanically dumb. After I told them to put the car back together I was taken to see a "manager" ?. He asked me to let them see what they could do to lower the price. He came back with a price of $279. I got the work done because if I didn't it would have cost me $105 diagnostic fee. These guys in the service dept. should be selling the used cars instead. Or maybe they did and someone moved them into the service dept. My motto is you never get a second bite at this apple. TAKE YOUR WALLET!!!!! More

I bought my new Mustang from Parks Ford, and since that time, I have taken it back to them a few times for window tinting by a third party. I even stopped in one day when I purchased a new phone. Will Sm time, I have taken it back to them a few times for window tinting by a third party. I even stopped in one day when I purchased a new phone. Will Smith took the time to sync it with the car. After the car was a couple months old with 500 miles on it, I noticed a couple of the wheels had some damage. I dealt with Will again. He was very professional and did his due diligence. Ellis Adams also looked at the wheels, and then referred me to a third party to refurbish them and they turned out great. Parks Ford has a great service team - Will Smith the Service Advisor, John Sicurella who has shuttled me back and forth to and from my house, Niko who checks in the car and drives it up when the work is done, and of course Ellis Adams the Service Director. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you. Gladys C. More

I recently had a couple of visits to the service department for my 1999 Ford Explorer. One was an oil change and the other was little more involved, but nothing too major. I did have a little issu department for my 1999 Ford Explorer. One was an oil change and the other was little more involved, but nothing too major. I did have a little issue with my second visit, but Ellis went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. He was a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealership. More

I recently went to Parks Ford for service on my Mercury Sable...and after a few mishaps which left me disappointed I received a call from Mr. Adams the relatively new service manager. He expressed concern Sable...and after a few mishaps which left me disappointed I received a call from Mr. Adams the relatively new service manager. He expressed concern for my dissatisfaction with my recent service.and outlined what he wanted to do to remedy the situation. What he was proposing was a pleasant surprise, not only because it resolved my current service issue to my satisfaction... but rather the prompt and courteous manner in which it was offered reflected a genuine desire to do right by me. It occurred to me if they would extend this level of concern and consideration to me...then they would probably, as a matter of policy extend it to all their customers. A business the size of a car dealership, with the volume of service customers they handle, instances of disappointment in service are bound to happen no matter how hard a company strives to prevent the occurrences. The professionalism of a service department is tested during these occasions and will reveal just how committed to customer service they really are. In my case they came through in such a way that resulted in my service experience going from disappointing to very satisfied by not only meeting... but actually exceeding my expectations. I was told by the general manager a couple months ago he wanted to increase the level of customer satisfaction in his service department and if I were to bring my cars in for service I would not be disappointed. The recent addition of Mr. Adams appears to have been an excellent first step in reaching that goal. So accolades go out to Mr. Mullane for his choice. One thing I have noticed about Parks Ford...you can always count on the service advisers to be friendly and personable. That takes real effort and should be recognized as such because it can be overwhelming at times when the service department gets extremely busy. Mr. Abati was no different, as he addressed my needs and concerns in the manner in which I expect to be treated. If you are looking for a long term service and maintenance relationship with a service department that is willing to go the extra mile...then Parks Ford is certainly worthy of consideration. More
