Can not be bothered to return calls even when their employee lies and uses obvious illegal bait and switch tactics. I can see why the sales manager is so terrible as they obviously get very poor traini employee lies and uses obvious illegal bait and switch tactics. Went to this dealership to buy a 2025 Toyota sienna attracted by the price. I bought the car on 12/04/25 and picked it up the next morning, then after 5 days I contacted the Sales Manager Matt and exp attracted by the price. I bought the car on 12/04/25 and picked it up the next morning, then after 5 days I contacted the Sales Manager Matt and explained that I made a poor decision and I want to unwind the deal and he said he will contact me back but I never heard back from him then after 2 days I went to Bommarito Toyota in person this time and met another sales manager Elvir and I explained everything but I realized that he is not willing to assist and dismissive then I asked for the Director but he said he is not here and I can only contact him via email then I emailed the director but I never received a response then after 2 days I called Bommarito and finally was able to speak to the director Emile and he said he did not receive my email, anyway I explained everything but he said he can’t unwind the deal and it is too late the car was sold on 12/01/25 and now is 12/15/25 and it’s too late which was not true I signed the paperwork on 12/4/25 and picked on 12/5/25 then contacted the sales manager on 12/09/25 but the director refused and said no, disappointing tactics , which was very disappointing and I regret choosing this dealership, management was unhelpful and dismissive. More
