He helped us lease a Niro EV and he got it down to the price I wanted. Now he's working on getting us a Telluride, the hottest car on the market. Every Kia dealership is selling out of these cars faster than they can get them on the lot. ET is working on getting us our car within the next month. When I've called by phone, ET has either answered right away or returned my call promptly. ET has been very attentive and we could tell he really wanted to help us.
