I wanted to shop around to be sure I got a fair price. He stayed in contact and either he or Emileigh checked back with me weekly. I went to another dealer that had a better warranty. I drove the same vehicle and was then told I had to pay an additional $389 for a security/theft prevention system that was clearly labeled optional. I arrived at that dealership with an established in writing price that their manager agreed to over the phone. I walked out and contacted Sou. Gladstone’s sales and financing staff treated me fairly, patiently, honestly, and with an outstanding degree of professionalism. I would be happy to refer someone and to purchase a vehicle from Emileigh and Sou in the future. Your dealership is a pleasant contrast to the dealership that had a “closer” and general manager lie to me and kept me waiting for an hour for completely disreputable reasons. I drove over to Gladstone Toyota and Emileigh was my sales person and she was a refreshing change from the typical sales experience! Friendly, well dressed and professional, with an honest and appealing personality. I proposed an offer, and it was accepted without reservation, and I received the blue book value of my trade in on the spot. I had to order my Highlander Hybrid, and Emileigh maintained communication with me throughout the process, so I was always informed on the progress of the shipment. The entire process was enjoyable for me and I highly recommend requesting Emileigh when you arrive at Gladstone Toyota for you next purchase or lease. More

When I initiated inquiries from various dealerships in the Portland metro and other areas, As I began to ask fact finding questions the dealers started to peel away, I was actually a few weeks into looking when Emileigh From Toyota of Gladstone contacted me. We were working through USAA at the time. Gladstone Toyota is not a USAA dealer but promised to vigorously compete with any other offers I would receive. Emileigh was actually the only salesperson to keep their nose to the grindstone and commit to a salespersons due diligence. She asked who, what, when where and how much was I willing to commit for. All very viable questions to avoid consternation at the table. her professionalism and commitment to the customer is beyond reproach. A keeper as far as employees go. A rarity I must say in this day and age. And if I was still hiring I would offer a job on the spot. She has set the example for all other young salespersons to follow. David was our finance representative and was very helpful upon our arrival at his office. explaining everything in lingo that was easy to understand. not attempting to fluff or conceal any hidden costs. He knew the system and how it was maneuvered to give us the best possible financing available to us. The only downside to this whole ordeal was a $2000 reconditioning fee for my 2014 Malibu LS I traded in. It was already depreciating faster than I could trade it. And to be introduced to it at the trade agreement portion of the visit almost resulted in me walking out of the dealership. Emileigh was able to overcome my objection on the spot. And I walked away after the purchase with a very good feeling in my heart. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership... More

Emileigh was very accommodating, did not seem pushy at all, and had a knack for pointing out features that I previously had no idea about. The whole process only took a few hours, and resulted in what I feel was an informed purchase. For the past ten years I can't tell you how often I have drea It is simple why I chose to give Emileigh Coen and Toyota of Gladstone a 5 STAR rating. For the past ten years I can't tell you how often I have dreamed about owning a Toyota Tacoma. On 11/5/17 Emileigh was able to make that dream come true. The whole experience was unlike any other I have had. She was very professional and knowledgeable in all things Toyota. Within minutes of walking in the door and telling her what I was looking for, we were on the road driving a brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4 with a 6 speed manual transmition. It had all the bells and whistles, from heated seats to an automatic rear sliding glass window. It even has hill assist! Everything about this truck was EXACTLY what I was looking for. In no way, was I ever pressured to make descisions or sign papers until I was 100 percent ready. She was very "in tune" with how I was feeling and reacting to the whole process. It was almost as if she could sense what I was thinking of feeling before I even spoke. This is exactly what a good sales associate should do. Everyone knows what a hassle it can be to purchase a new vehicle but I would say it took less than 3 hours from start to finish. Emileigh is a master of her craft, and I would recommened anyone to go and see her. You will most likely walk away with a smile on your face and a brand new vehicle. Thankyou Emileigh Coen!
