However the lady in finance I think her name is Gloria. Not very friendly. She didn't even offer gap insurance for the vehicle which I usually get through a dealership but she just said "go get it with your insurance company." Everybody else at the dealership was fantastic but because of the finance lady she didn't even tell me when my first payment was going to be I would've given you guys five stars but the lady and finance is just not friendly and not a people person. Otherwise it was a quick easy process working with you guys. I like how I was able to do everything via text message and email, and have an agreement between me and the dealership prior to me driving out there was awesome. More

Out of town buyer. Been 3 weeks since start of process, truck is here but can’t use. No dealer tag came when delivered. Delivered when no one was in town.
