Very professional and courteous to us all the time. Great customer service. Thank you Emilio.! We find the wait times are usually long. For example, we made an appointment for green service and each time we come in the wait is at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. I had been trying to schedule my regular service all week, but due to the dealership's phone and internet problem I was unable to do so. Since I was in the area for some medical tests, I decided to stop week, but due to the dealership's phone and internet problem I was unable to do so. Since I was in the area for some medical tests, I decided to stop in at the dealership.
