I was also told about my sale representative about a new Uconnect feature on my truck that my truck is not even equipped with it. I think a customers needs to be provided with a better and more clear information about the vehicle that’s in process of being purchased by sowing them and guide them through the whole process set up and that what is offered to customers is not a bunch of lies to make sale. very disappointed customer I’m.
