Pricing for services was too high AND now you’re adding a 3% charge to use a credit card!!. Takes too long to get appt. Takes too long to hear back about car. Was always difficult to get loaner. Most service staff is surely and the one nice service person you had is gone (Emily). Last time I was there a customer was complaining about how rude the cashiers were to her. My experiences with service this year made me not buy another Jeep last month.Ive had Jeeps and Rams from Zeigler for the last 20 years. I bought an Acura and took it to their service dept for an appearance package and I was amazed at the difference in staff attitudes…and no additional charge to use a credit card.. Do better! More
