I was born in Tulsa O.K. my family is from Brazil. I have an excellent background in customer service, sales has been my primary occupation for the past 13 years. I have started my finance journey in February of 2023. I continue to learn something each and every day and strive to master the skills to do the best financing for all my clients. I have always striven to be the best at what I do. I am passionate about meeting my clients needs, all while maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction. I am a mother to my precious 2 year old son, I enjoy services at Life Church with my family Sunday mornings, grilling or making meals for the family in the evenings. Walks with our son are one of his favorites! I have an adorable English Bulldog named Maximus, and in my spare time, I enjoy going to concerts & local car shows. I don't normally write reviews but I want to write this one. Buying from the Jim Glover Dealership was a superior experience. I have 3 main reasons. First they offered more for my Porsche trade in than any one. Buying from the Jim Glover Dealership was a superior experience. I have 3 main reasons. First they offered more for my Porsche trade in than any other dealership in Tulsa, including the Porsche dealership. Second, the communication over the 11.5 month leadtime was very good with Rob Melone keeping me apprised of the car's status. Thirdly, and one that REALLY pleased me was the way they handled the mistake in GM not honoring the March 1 purchase deadline for the price increase. My sales person, Emily Khalil, and the sales team absorbed the $1000 price increase to keep me as a happy customer. Five stars all the way! More
