Emily the sales rep was awesome but the sales manager Mark And sales rep Victoria whom dropped the ball on the sale was not and Mark and her both like to tell anything but the truth took 4 days to get a Mark And sales rep Victoria whom dropped the ball on the sale was not and Mark and her both like to tell anything but the truth took 4 days to get a truck 2.5 hours away the truck was supposed to be in Tulsa at 12:30 Saturday but I did not get it until almost 6pm .Mark told me Friday it would be there at 12:30 and for me to be there at 12 to sign he called at around 11 after I was in transit to Tulsa from Tahlequah with yet another delay excuse so if anyone looking to buy a new truck steer clear of Mark Henslick and Victoria and ask for Emily Khalil. .and Cass the finance rep was awesome . Very friendly and gets you the best rate if financing. More
