I was born in Tulsa O.K. my family is from Brazil. I have an excellent background in customer service, sales has been my primary occupation for the past 13 years. I have started my finance journey in February of 2023. I continue to learn something each and every day and strive to master the skills to do the best financing for all my clients. I have always striven to be the best at what I do. I am passionate about meeting my clients needs, all while maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction. I am a mother to my precious 2 year old son, I enjoy services at Life Church with my family Sunday mornings, grilling or making meals for the family in the evenings. Walks with our son are one of his favorites! I have an adorable English Bulldog named Maximus, and in my spare time, I enjoy going to concerts & local car shows. Their customer service was excellent. The employees were so helpful and down-to-earth. Emily was a joy to work with. She did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and was very open and upfront whe so helpful and down-to-earth. Emily was a joy to work with. Emily the sales rep was awesome but the sales manager Mark And sales rep Victoria whom dropped the ball on the sale was not and Mark and her both like to tell anything but the truth took 4 days to get a Mark And sales rep Victoria whom dropped the ball on the sale was not and Mark and her both like to tell anything but the truth took 4 days to get a truck 2.5 hours away the truck was supposed to be in Tulsa at 12:30 Saturday but I did not get it until almost 6pm .Mark told me Friday it would be there at 12:30 and for me to be there at 12 to sign he called at around 11 after I was in transit to Tulsa from Tahlequah with yet another delay excuse so if anyone looking to buy a new truck steer clear of Mark Henslick and Victoria and ask for Emily Khalil. .and Cass the finance rep was awesome . Very friendly and gets you the best rate if financing. More
