Emily helped me get my Camry serviced at 30000 miles. Other than the engine oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection, the only other service that was required was replacement of the cabin air Other than the engine oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection, the only other service that was required was replacement of the cabin air filter. Emily (and at least one tech in the shop) serviced my Camry in short order and at reasonable cost. Most happy with Emily and Royal Moore Service! More

This is my second time working with Emily and she continues to be so helpful and friendly. I had all four of my tires (and one wheel) replaced back in August 2022 and needed one of them replaced agai continues to be so helpful and friendly. I had all four of my tires (and one wheel) replaced back in August 2022 and needed one of them replaced again today due to two screw punctures. Emily reminded me about the warranty (which I had forgotten about) and got a new tire ordered. I am returning tomorrow to get the new tire put on. Great customer service and a fast turnaround time!
