A Great Simple Experience About a month ago, during the height of the quarantine, my truck died and I needed another. Maplecrest had a Ranger that fit the bill. I emailed them and Emma called me back within an hour. She never once tried to upsell me, helped me through doing everything online or over the phone, That was a Wednesday, I had the truck by Friday, came in to a clean setup, everyone wearing masks and socially distanced. Emma was very friendly and had everything ready and waiting. The entire visit took about 25 minutes and I was out of there with my new Ford Ranger. Had the truck for a month now and don't have a single complaint. Thanks Ladies. More
