I was looking for a new Ford Ranger on Car’s.com and came across a few that I was really interested from Maplecrest Ford. I immediately called them up and spoke to Emma. We spoke about the Rangers they had i across a few that I was really interested from Maplecrest Ford. I immediately called them up and spoke to Emma. We spoke about the Rangers they had in stock for about 20 minutes. Not once was she pushy or trying to persuade me into upgrades or anything. She was super helpful, professional, and genuinely nice while giving me a deal that I couldn’t pass up... so I decided to trust in her and the dealership and ended up getting my new Ranger STX Supercrew 4x4 with absolutely no troubles at all. I showed up once to the dealership and the whole process was completed in less than 45 minutes. Great people at this dealership, especially Emma, who take the time to help their customer every step of the way. Thank you Emma! More

Car buying can often be an overwhelming and daunting process these days, but Emma Giordano made my experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. Unlike other dealerships (and I visited 12+), Maplecrest Ford focuses on customer care! They are attentive, patient, respectful, fair, and truly friendly. During my first visit, Emma proactively printed information off for me to take home and followed up with a personal note. When I returned to buy the vehicle, because I live over an hour away, the staff stayed late (nearly 90 minutes after close) to ensure I could take the vehicle that very night. I cannot say enough positive things, because I truly appreciated the many “exceptions” they made to accommodate my situation. It was truly enjoyable to buy my SUV from MapleCrest Ford, and they have won my business and loyalty. If their service department is as good as their sales department I’ll be driving the hour each way. I walked into Maplecrest after dropping off my 2012 Ford Escape at the body shop, with a not so reassuring look from the the estimator, I knew it was time to start the search for my next vehicle.
