Emma and her team are the best at what they do. They take the time to fully investigate any issues I have raised and make sure that the car is safe and even better than when I arrived. Emma does an amazing job at keeping you informed throughout the process and is truly your advocate, explaining all the alternatives I may have and suggesting the wisest and most realistic course of action to take. She knows my goals and how the vehicle fits in, so she is my car's best friend. I fully plan on keeping this car for years to come and knowing I have Emma as my advisor makes me feel like we can accomplish that. Emma should get a raise for how hard she works! More

Emma was my service advisor and my outside warranty did not want to cover my transmission. They refused and refused but in the end she managed to still get it covered.
