I bought a 2020 F150 Limited sight unseen and had it delivered it to my house. I was assured it was in pristine condition and the photos looked great. Plus I was told it was Certified Blue, which means delivered it to my house. I was assured it was in pristine condition and the photos looked great. Plus I was told it was Certified Blue, which means it passed a detailed inspection. Well the tonneau cover didn't have any keys and it was damaged at the release mechanism so that there's no way it could be opened. I ended up removing and throwing it away. Also they stuck a Court Street Ford sticker across the back window and it was not centered and it was crooked. This because they couldn't open the tonneau cover so they had to reach over from the side. I quickly removed that sticker. Then I was told I'd have to wait for my paperwork to be sent snail mail so I could register the truck here in WI. It's been a week and I'm still waiting. I called and asked them to email it and they agreed, but never sent it. Thanks Court Street Ford, it's been a real joy. More
