They appraised my car and truck with fairness and Jake in sale was very knowledgeable of the new vehicle. After the sale he was able to answer all my questions about all the new controls. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and experienced transmission-related symptoms the same day I took delivery. I promptly notified the dealership and sought diagnostics. Instead of repairing the vehicle, I was offered an unwind of the deal only if I agreed to a $1.50 per mile charge deducted from my down payment. I was not provided the dealership's written policy authorizing this charge and did not agree to it. I returned the vehicle, but after declining to sign the proposed unwind agreement, the dealership stated it would not proceed with rescission and asserted the original contract remained enforceable, while also referencing possible additional fees. I am now pursuing resolution through appropriate regulatory and lender channels. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all return, unwind, and fee terms fully disclosed in writing before signing anything. More
