I’ve now been waiting a month for one part. They also had me driving on a severe misfire because there were “no loaner cars”. It was really unsafe for me and also detrimental to the vehicle which I’m sure will cost me in the future. They are nice people but I don’t think they truly care to help. I’ve called twice about the part and both times told “we’re waiting”. I personally don’t believe that and will be calling every week to check. They could at least try to track the part or maybe even have it expedited if possible. I went in to get my car fixed not waste my time and still be driving a car with a messed up turbo. More
