Dani is always friendly in the service department and explains in detail about service reccomendations. They wash your car after a service appointment, even if it's just an oil change. Very disappointed in the Service I received. I was given my Inspection Checklist after my oil change. The Service Advisor told me by the report my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The cost is I was given my Inspection Checklist after my oil change. The Service Advisor told me by the report my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The cost is around $250 Don't wait to long because if you get to the calipers it will cost substantially more. I learned from the last dealer told me this I took my vehicle to someone I could trust. I was told that the rear brakes are good for another 20,000 miles. My recommendation is find someone you can trust. It will save you thousands of dollars. More
