Emmylea was great to work with in explaining the functions of my new Crosstrek .. Was very nice and also very knowledgeable about all the many systems in my new Crosstrek which can be a bit intimida functions of my new Crosstrek .. Made a cash purchase of a new vehicle. Dealer asked for my social security number. When I asked why it was needed, I was advised that it was merely to "verify my employment". I specificall Dealer asked for my social security number. When I asked why it was needed, I was advised that it was merely to "verify my employment". I specifically advised that the dealer was not authorized to make an inquiry on my credit bureau. I was assured, by dealership personnel, that my credit bureau would not be run. The dealership then immediately made a hard inquiry which showed upon my credit report the next day. I would caution anyone who values honesty to be very careful about this dealership. They lied to me even though I took time to address the issue prior to the transaction. More
