Both gentlemen were professional, respected my budget and walked me through my options of several vehicles. I was not pressured to purchased a car which made the experience pleasant. My niece who’s 10 Years old who can be impatient was offered some cookies 🍪 and water to drink which she enjoyed and the shopping experience for a vehicle as well. To the owner of Paragon Acura at Woodside, NY 11377. I am pleased to say thank you for the outstanding service that was given to me. Your staff need to be recognized. As a woman purchasing a vehicle alone I received the red carpet treatment as if I was given a deluxe spa package to my favorite location. I am already referring my family and friends. Problem with radio! unprofessional and overall a Horrble Experience! Went to Paragon Acura because I was interested in a TLX and we were first greeted by the Manager Ali, I explained to him I had been car shopping and A Went to Paragon Acura because I was interested in a TLX and we were first greeted by the Manager Ali, I explained to him I had been car shopping and Acura was my last stop before i made a decision on which car i would get based on the best deal that i would get offered. Ali introduced us to Enes the sales consultant. He first had me test drive the car which I hated, and i was honest to the sales guy, the drive on this car was really bad and when i told the sales consultant he raised his voice at me and he seemed frustrated and annoyed and he yelled " well what is that you really want because you are not giving me anything to work with? " at that point we decided to leave because the price he told us was what was advertised on Paragon Acura's website and he said on top of the $2600 you have to put down, i had to put an extra $2500 to cover taxes and fees which I know this is inaccurate because its my 4th lease not my first and that's not how much you really have to put down. At no point he tried to negotiate with me like the dealers i had been to like Infiniti of Manhasset and Rally Mercedes Benz of Roslyn. These people really know how to treat their customers. I was so disgusted and annoyed we just didn't even bother to continue and we said if that was his best deal then we were done. He asked us to wait because he wanted to bring his manager Ali to speak to us and he never did he told Enes that it was ok he was not going to come and talk to us. I went to Inifiniti of Manhasset and got an even better deal on a car double the price of that TLX and was actually treated with respect and the staff there would work with you until i was happy and comfortable with the numbers. I would never recommend Paragon Acura to anybody. From Sales Consultant to the manager it was a complete disaster, I don't know understand how they expect to make sales with this poor unprofessional skills. What a waste of time. More

Great experience at this dealership I stopped in Paragon Acura since I saw online that they had a great deal on the 2015 Acura TLX. While I was in the lot, I wasn't approached like the S I stopped in Paragon Acura since I saw online that they had a great deal on the 2015 Acura TLX. While I was in the lot, I wasn't approached like the Sharks at most dealers. It was a "No Pressure" buying experience . Later I was approached by Sales Consultant Enes. He was very informative answered all of questions, and he made the buying process seem like a breeze. I was done with the sale in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him for purchases. Then later on I was introduced to the Sales Manager Camilo, who was very professional and informative. Camilo definitely knows the business and knows how to take care of the clients. Based on my experience here at Paragon Acura, when my lease is up, I will be coming back for another purchase. I want to Thank both Enes and Camilo for providing me with great customer service. More

Avoid this dealership, worst experience!!! I bought a 2011 used TL last year, and the car had a major problem with water coming inside the cabin. When I tried to get in touch with them to tell I bought a 2011 used TL last year, and the car had a major problem with water coming inside the cabin. When I tried to get in touch with them to tell them of the situation, they said that I might have left the windows down or the sunroof open. They treated me as if I was stupid or something. Mr. Camilo Barrientos who is a sales manager, and was part of the sale process, agreed to check the car, and I brought in for service. I was not offered a loaner at the time, and made things very difficult for me as I live in Westchester. I felt as if they did not want me there. They checked the car, and they fixed they said. I get the car back, and that same day we get some rain, and again the car is full of water. I go back, and they again with an attitude. They do other tests they say, and they cannnot find anything. Their mechaninc was nasty and he spoke with me, but he said to ask the sales person to request for a engineer to come check my car. The sales person said that there are no engineers at all. I left my car as Mr. Barrientos promised he would fix the problem again. They offered to deliver the car in my house when it was fixed. I did not have the car for three days, and when I get it. I pick up the floor mats, and it is full of water. I was fustrated and upset, and I did not accept the car, and I sent it back. I was taking a two week vacation at the time; I called Mr. Barrientos and I gave him two weeks to resolve the problem. When I came back, the problem was solved, and to my surprised there werre experts from Acura that needed to come in to fix the situation as it was something regarding the body in these cars. Another issue that I have now is the warranty that I was sold by Mr. Barrientos, to make the long story short; it is time for me to use the warranty at a different dealership. This Acura dealership is near my house, they put the claim and it gets denied. This warranty company is giving me all the buts and excuses possible. I called Mr. Barrientos and he is not helpful at all. He promised and said different things at point of sale, and now that is time to deliver on your word, nothing. It is a great dissapointment. I like Acura cars, I have owned two others in the past, and I own an MDX as well, but this dealership is the worst. The TL is the only car that I have bought from them and it was the was experience ever. When you are buying they can be the nicest people, but when it comes to service and issues they are the worst, very poor client service. I would recommend to avoid them. More
