Both Tony DeOliveira and Engell Capellan helped my family and I pick the best car for us, and we decided on a Nisaan Altima 2014. it is beautiful!!! We would have never made the decision if it wasn't for them. We have been loyal customers of Meadowlands Nissan for many years; this is our third car from the place! Everyone is extremely welcoming, professional, and as friendly as a person can be. They are extremely patient, as we are not the easiest customers, with lots of questions about the smallest things. I definitely will be back here for my next car, and the next one, and the next one.... They gave us an amazing deal, an amazing experience, and an amazing car! We got straight to the point of the car. They put your happiness and your needs above everything, and will do anything to make sure you walk out with a big smile, and a perfectly matched car. If you're considering a Nissan, Meadowlands Nissan is the best place to go, and Engell and Tony are the best people to turn to. I will definitely see them again in the future! More

Remembering Nissan opened a dealership not far from us, my husband and I walked in not expecting to buy yet. Engell Capellan greeted us with a friendly smile. He was very informative and thorough, answered my husband and I walked in not expecting to buy yet. Engell Capellan greeted us with a friendly smile. He was very informative and thorough, answered all our questions and concerns, and helped us find a car that fit our needs and budget. Engell took the time to acclimate me from driving a 2001 Nissan Altima to a 2013 Nissan Altima and told us to call him any time, should we have any questions or concerns. He followed up a few days after, to make sure everything was ok with the car and if we had any questions that he can help us with. Our questions and concerns were taken care of right away by Engell. Engell's professionalism is a breath of fresh air. We know we have a friend when we enter the Meadowlands Nissan dealership. Thank you Engell ! Manuel Vargas helped tie up the sale with a compatible professionalism. Thank you ! In addition, I like to voice my concerns to the service center. I was a little disappointed after reading some reviews for the service center and hope more effort and training is made to uphold every aspect of the reputation and reliability of the brand and the dealership. It's inane to not have the brand, dealership and service center working together as a team. More

Even after the car was purchased, he followed up with me to ensure I was still happy with my purchase. Through this we were able to identify a minor problem and get it fixed quickly. I will certainly be back and will send business his way for sure. Good to know there are still some salespeople out there who value the customer's power of choice. More

What a friendly and pleasant group of people..as soon as I walked in the door anyone that saw me either smiled or said hello as if they knew me. I have to admit that during part of the visit I was feeling a I walked in the door anyone that saw me either smiled or said hello as if they knew me. I have to admit that during part of the visit I was feeling a bit anxious and overwhelmed, as many people do at a car dealership, but after speaking to several staff members I realized that my anxiety was mostly because I was too preoccupied with what my financing interest rate would be, lol. The process of making a good deal was a lot longer than I would have liked, but the day I picked up the car was so much faster! I recommend going "before" dinner hour. As for the staff that I dealt with..it was thanks to Engell.. after meeting him when I made a quick stop to look around the lot is what made me go back. I stopped him in the lot, he stopped what he was doing to answer any questions I had without rushing me and he just seems like such a friendly and good guy. Eddie S was my sales guy ,he was very friendly and actually has a very funny sense of humor, which worked well for me because I must have asked him a million questions! lol..But he answered all of them! After a deal was made, Eddie listened to any issues I had with the CPO and when I came back to pick the vehicle up, nearly all issues were addressed..he even through in a couple of unexpected extras too! :) Xavier is the sales manager, I only dealt with him briefly, he discussed the vehicle price with me and told me a bit about the car..very nice guy. Next the Finance guy, German. He took time too explain everything to me, answered ALL of my questions, let me read documents before signing and he never made me feel rushed. He's very good at his job and I'm sure his calm attitude benefits many of those making a purchase. Thanks to all of you for helping make this such a nice experience! Gina More
