We were so pleased with our experience at Medowlands Nissan thanks to Engell in 2010 that we kept in contact with him in order to make our transition towards the end of our lease as smoothe as possible. Anytime were were in for service since then, he was more than happy to assist in any way he could. He was also very consoling when he heard of my father's recent passing. Engell knew that my wife and I had recently had a baby girl and were planning to expand our family further, so the Altima was no longer going to cut it. He gave us the opportunity to test drive both the Pathfinder and the Murano stress free. He could tell immediately that my wife had fallen in love with the new Pathfinder and he assisted in our acquisition of said vehicle in any way he could. Engell knew our financial situation and our future plans of buying the truck after the lease was up and negotiated on our behalf to get us to a deal that everyone was happy with. I have to admit, I did not think that we were going to make the deal possible for us to afford and was going to be forced to find an alternative. Engell treated us with the respect that returning customers deserve and never did he force us into a vehicle we didn't love simply because of the fear of the financial unknown. I have recently acquired a leased Sentra that my father had driven until his passing and I have informed Engell that I will be keeping in touch with him and in 30 months when the lease is up, I will be right back in to see him and make yet another smoothe transition. Overall, there has not been one negative moment had while dealing with Meadowlands Nissan thanks to Engell. More
