In 2010 I purchased a Nissan Rogue from Engell so, when Hurricane Sandy decided I needed a new car, I knew I had to seek Engell out for another purchase. Once my original deal was complete, anytime I ran Hurricane Sandy decided I needed a new car, I knew I had to seek Engell out for another purchase. Once my original deal was complete, anytime I ran into Engell when getting my car serviced, he continued to say to me, “if you ever have any problems or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.” His excellent customer service skills are why he received my repeat business. Engell greeted me with a smile, sympathized with my loss and put me in a new car within a few days. He assured me he would make the process as painless as possible and he did. Best salesman ever!
