Enoch Mikkell, finance, was both efficient and personal at the same time. Today I had a wonderful experience with the service department, John. I traded my 2017 Escalade (also bought at Sullivan) for a new 2026. ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! Still have a lot to learn about it. Big differences in technology since 2017, but everyone y been awesome with taking my calls and walking me through it! More
