Worst dealership experience ever- No value for customer time Bought a honda odyssey in February. went into delaership around 10:00 AM and it took over 6 hours before I was seeing their finance person who sold me Bought a honda odyssey in February. went into delaership around 10:00 AM and it took over 6 hours before I was seeing their finance person who sold me hondacare almost at more than the double price it supposed to be. Later when i tried to cancel the hondacare "Rivera Marcus" their business director took months to get a confirmation that it has been cancelled. I had to follow up with him almost every week. Even after that when I called honda care they informed me that they never received any paperwork from dealer. Worst dealership, does not have any value for customer time. I will not recommend this dealer ship to any one. More

In the showroom, Mark greeted us and turned us over to Enrique Castaneta to handle the sale. Enrique allowed both my husband and I to test drive the vehicle and answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. We purchased the vehicle for the exact price Mark quoted and came back 3 days later and picked up the car! This was a fantastic buying experience and we highly recommend this dealership. We are informed buyers, wanted a no-nonsense/no haggling (let me check with my manager) purchase and appreciated the up front approach of DCH. Most of those customer service people ae not friendly and wanted to deceive us. We didn’t get much information from them too. They were neither customer friendly or helpful. First we met Sanjay Chadda at DCH Academy Honda. He received us so well and provided us all the information whatever we asked. He answered all our questions. He was so nice and friendly. He introduced us to Enrique Castaneta who was so good and professional. We felt very comfortable with Enrique. We had very good experience with him. They both spent much time in answering our questions patiently and provided whatever information we asked. We didn’t feel hassle. They both are customer friendly and took time with us. They made buying car a pleasure. We didn’t feel stressed. We got a good deal. We are completely satisfied with the deal. We recommend all car buyers to visit DCH Academy Honda and meet particularly Enrique and Sanjay. Enrique was with us till the deal was completed and all the documents signed. He even drove our old car to our home in snow after the deal at about 8 pm. They both are customer friendly, honest and knowledgeable people.
