Visited this dealership to possibly looking into purchasing two vehicles. With a little context my family and I have purchased and/or leased 10+ vehicles in the past 15 years. Since we've previously worked with Enrique in the past. We wanted to make sure we worked with him again. By far Enrique will always go above and beyond with his customers and makes sure he treats you like family. Guaranteed he will answer your questions and if he's not sure he will always make the effort to try. We spent a good amount of time but since the other vehicle didn't work out we wanted to work out a deal with one of them. This is part where it gets really interesting. Enrique gave us the numbers with and without warranty. Since this is obviously not our first time negotiating a price we provided a counter offer. After a few minutes the "General Sales Manager" Andrew Ly came over. With the next few words he said really proved how UNPROFESSIONAL he was. He began to take offense at the offer we made, acting like he owned the place. We felt insulted and seemed like we were the dumbest customers attempting to purchase a vehicle. He was rude and very condescending and did not even attempt to work with us or even make a counter offer. As a manager I would figure he would be professional and understanding. Instead we degraded and disrespected. The next question I have is, if your managers are treating customers this way. How are they treating the rest of employees. As leaders, you need to lead by example and clearly ANDREW LY is not a "General Sales Manager." Either he is a newbie at his role or does not have the sense of urgency to help customers. He should not be a manager at all and needs to take re-training courses to help better his career. Never had I experienced this from DCH Academy. To Enrique, you are a very helpful client advisor. I wish we could have moved further into the transaction after the amount of time we spent with you. Thank you for your time and hopefully if and when your management team gets corrected we will return. More

Enrique was extremely attentive and fair when purchasing my car this past weekend!
