When we arrived the contact was busy and a replacement was quickly brought to bear to address our questions. My wife wanted to see the actual vehicles she was interested in to determine color, she already knew the model she wanted. Both were brought out so she could see for herself. Once decided we met with Michael who was both patient and understanding. After extensive negotiations, we reached agreement with his superiors. He was anxious to close the deal and we did not want to hang around so we proposed returning the next day to finalize the transaction. Despite it being his day off Michael returned to finalize things with us and to go over the car with my wife. In the meanwhile, we met with Alex to pay for it and she was a delight in making things flow smoothly. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

I told him I planned on making a purchase in a few months. Enver never pressured me-gave me his card and told me to contact him anytime even if to only check on availability. I noticed a demonstrator on the showroom floor. The exact model and color I had in mind. I called Enver the next morning. We discussed a fair price and made the deal happen that day. I knew I came to the right dealership when I drove my new Pilot away and heard a noise in the dash (a creaking sound). Went back immediately. Enver had the service representative (Brooks Falzone) look at the problem. It has been in service for a few days but I am confident I will be satisfied with the final result. More
