Overall great experience. Would highly recommend Makaila. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the doors in the Jeep were seized on and we had to use a 3 ton fl Would highly recommend Makaila. Worst buying, or in our case, non-buying experience we have ever been put through! To sum it up: after agreeing to a price, payment and term via phone call and text and after making the drive to the deal have ever been put through! To sum it up: after agreeing to a price, payment and term via phone call and text and after making the drive to the dealership immediately upon agreeing to terms we were greeted at the front door by our salesman with news that they had sold the car from under us in less than the one hour it took us to get from our house to the dealership. After talking with management all we were told were lies and excuses of why they sold it knowing that we were on our way to sign the papers and take the vehicle home. I have witnessed bad customer service but this one tops them all. You would expect that someone would have called after the fact to apologize at a minimum but we haven't heard a peep since we walked out the door. Just an overall terrible experience! Buyer beware if you are considering purchasing from them! More
