I went in for a test drive the day prior to purchasing just to get a feel for the car. That was when I initially met Cameron. He was understanding that I was wanting to test drive that day and did not pressure me into making a decision that day. The next morning I came back to make a purchase. When I walked in to the showroom, it was packed and he was working with another customer. Right away, he was able to have me take another test drive with Angel. She was very friendly and extremely helpful in answering any additional questions I had. After the test drive I met back up with Cameron who was still working with another customer. He did an excellent job working with multiple customers at once and was willing to go above and beyond to help make the process of purchasing my new vehicle easy. Our initial visit started with Angel who got us on the road to picking out what we wanted with no pressure to commit or buy. She was very friendly and readily listened to our situation and what we needed. Joe was there as soon as we made a decision on what we wanted. He had such a pressure free approach to the whole process and worked very hard to try to find us a vehicle outside of their location that fit our needs and pointed us to the truck we ultimately got as a great compromise. Seth was so helpful when we came in for our initial paperwork and Joe was busy with several other customers. Eric in their finance department worked hard with our situation to get us the best deal he could and gave great advice on the options for the extended warranty and what we can do going forward to get into our next truck, which we will definitely be coming back to Ray Skillman Avon to buy.
