Upon entering service station, I had to stand there for a few minutes before anyone looked up and acknowledged me. I assure you they would be happy to wait for a few minutes if their presence was acknowledged. I came to this dealership in error thinking it was the one I had visited a month prior. THAT dealership is a five star dealership in all aspects. Daniel Long Chevrolet. Your service advisors should look to them on how to treat customers.
