Satisfied with the service, the time it took, and the reasonable price. I had made an appointment a week in advance but when I arrived my appointment was not in their computer. Don't know why it had no reasonable price. I had made an appointment a week in advance but when I arrived my appointment was not in their computer. Don't know why it had not been recorded but the agreed to service my car anyway and I am grateful for that. More

Great job, very satisfied. Done in good time. Very nice loaner car. Was anxious with the fact they had to replace the engine. It was under factory warranty. Appointment made for oil change and tire rotation and separate appoint made for recall. Service manager called 3 hours after drop off to inform that they could not perform the recall fix due to “overboo separate appoint made for recall. Service manager called 3 hours after drop off to inform that they could not perform the recall fix due to “overbooking” and asked if we still wanted service done. After 3 hours, the service should have been already completed not just getting started. Waste of a trip and we are fairly sure they didn’t perform any services as requested. Terrible visit and will not be looking to purchase again through this dealer based on service experience. Upon pickup at front desk, salesperson was confrontational suggesting we were “throwing” things at them based on my wife just putting her wallets and keys on the table to pay. No manager to be found at 4:30 on a Saturday. Terrible experience overall. More
