Shockingly Good Customer Service Harrisonburg Honda understands what REAL customer service means. The staff at this location is exceptional from top to bottom and I will never shop a Harrisonburg Honda understands what REAL customer service means. I had purchased my second Honda from them, (used), and within three weeks it was inoperable. They tried to fix it several times for free. When I spoke with the sales manager, Eric Blosser, about my concerns I was told that I should choose another vehicle. There was no argument, no excuses were given. I was provided a rental car gratis and they took care of everything that needed to be done for a smooth transition to another vehicle. Derek Good, Antonio Rodriguez, and Matt Bentel all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. In todays day and age of combative customer service it was a shock to receive such good care. If you want to be treated like a customer should be treated, I recommend going to Harrisonburg Honda. They will go above and beyond! More

Throughout the process, Antonio was courteous, professional and personable. I appreciate the manner in which he conducts business. There is also good teamwork within the staff. Even though they were very busy and short staffed, Antonio, EC and Eric were very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured at all. Perry Sager of Harrisonburg Hyundai was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I with our search for a new or used SUV. He was able to show us many different vehicles being that they are associated and patient with my wife and I with our search for a new or used SUV. He was able to show us many different vehicles being that they are associated with multiple dealerships (Harrisonburg Auto Mall). Over a two day period we test drove and spent a lot of time crunching numbers. Not one time did we feel that we were over staying our welcome. He answered each and every question we threw at him. We ended up at the Harrisonburg Honda dealership for the Honda Pilot. There we met the sales manager Eric who also went to great lengths getting us the very best deal. We are now the proud owners of a 2012 Honda Pilot which is basically brand new. Our children love the dvd system in it, which the sounds is amazing. Perry went over the owners manual with us and showed us the ends and outs of the controls and the multiple settings that the Pilot offers. I cannot say enough about the Perry Sager and what he did for us. Also like to thank Eric as well for making it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend talking to Perry Sager and see what he can do for you! More
