From Hopeless to Hopeful I decided to take a chance with Summit Place Kia, despite my horrible situation, and it turned out to be the best decision I have ever made in a very I decided to take a chance with Summit Place Kia, despite my horrible situation, and it turned out to be the best decision I have ever made in a very long time! I emailed their Sales group early on a Saturday morning, explaining my bad credit situation, and I immediately got a reply back from James Appleman requesting more information. He expressed genuine interest in helping me and invited me to bring my trade into the dealership for review. When I got there, I was greeted by Herb Robinson, who set me up with Eric Carlton. Eric was a complete professional and very good at his job. From the moment I sat down, I felt I was in great hands! I came in expecting to maybe get a quote or options on a used car, but Eric sent me home in brand new 2018 Kia Forte! I even got to meet his brother, who works there as well. They both assisted me in getting my trade in back to the dealer! My credit was very poor, but Eric was able to get me into a 2018 model for 0 down and a reasonable monthly payment. My hat goes off to Eric and the entire Summit Place Kia staff! I have found a dealership to stick with for life! More
