When we decided we wanted a new car we went to Sunrise Chevrolet and asked to s We recently purchased a 2015 Traverse and a month later a 2015 Impala. When we decided we wanted a new car we went to Sunrise Chevrolet and asked to see Matt Dickerson.. Our famly has purchased 4 cars from him previously and knew we would find the car we wanted with his guidance. We are still driving 2 of the older cars, one that sports over 125,000 miles and is still going strong. We work with Matt as he is a salesperson who allows the buyer to find the car they feel comfortable with and one that fits their needs as well as their desires. We come from a family of salesmen and well know that they make their way by "sealing the deal". While this is true, you never get the feeling that you are being pushed into "the close". Matt stays with you as a friend, answers all questions, twice when asked, and when you have made up your mind you walk away knowing you have purchased the car YOU WANTED! Not a car Matt was able to get you to buy. We recommend this dealership and Matt Dickerson to all who have asked us about our cars and want to have a relaxed and comfortable experience while buying a car. And to all the women who are wondering if you need take a big strong man with to get the best deal, the answer is NO! I just bought my new Impala without my husband or son stepping foot onto the lot or into the showroom. There are no Strong-Arm tactics at this dealership. He pulled it around and we took it for a nice test drive we talked about the price and made a very good deal. Brian came over introduced himself to me and was very cutious the next day I came in to take delivery of the truck Kahar had the vehicle nice and clean, as Eric helped with all those papers that always seem to take for ever, he made it a very pleasant experience. Once I (The primary operator of the vehicle) had become completely familiar with all of its features, I felt I could honestly write a positive review that would be of merit to the salesperson (Nicholas Mazzeffi) and his associates. We came to this Chevy dealer because our previous vehicle (A Chevy 2012 Malibu) was effectively the most reliable vehicle we have ever owned. I mean, not a single glitch. But having recently retired, I no longer required that particular make. We certainly could have chosen to exclusively aim for a lower A.P.R. but we were confident we could make our showroom visit more than just the usual 'droolfest.' Well, it turns out that it was worth our time...and drool. Nick was very empathetic regarding my disabled wife, and even in the case of my own awkwardness (As is always the case in major automotive decision making for me). We were made to feel right at home in such a way that Nick seems to be right at home too. We were not forced into anything, and I feel that we have encountered one rare breed of car salesman. I don't think that I'll be ignored by this guy when I drift across the showroom during general service visits, and that means that he is a professional. My wife and I are very happy because we believe we got the best deal we could get. We are driving the car we set out to drive, and we got better financing as well as a reduced payment. If we could have done better, we'll find out anyway. Obviously Nick understands this as well as the customer, and 'he' can be confident that our subsequent visits will be personal (because we like, and trust him), as well as in our best interests. I highly recommend this dealership, and the personal touch, regard, and consideration of Nicholas Mazzeffi. More
