From my experiences with Sunrise, I find that their Service Department is very professional, honest, polite and honest; and their Service Facilities are the best; Very Clean, Comfortable and offer free internet. If you think the OnStar System is bunk, think again. It's worth the fee. It checks everything for you and sends you a E-Mail from OnStar and the Dealership. If you don't know anything about the mechanical systems ( or even if you do ), its nice to know that someone is keeping an eye on your car or truck, besides you. Again, This is my Chevy Dealership. Awesome group of people After getting a run-around from another dealer, I landed at Sunrise. Dan Schomer, located the exact truck I wanted and made a dealer trade with a loc After getting a run-around from another dealer, I landed at Sunrise. Dan Schomer, located the exact truck I wanted and made a dealer trade with a local dealer. I negotiated and purchased a 2014 Silverado from Jason a Roque who was assisted by his sales manager, Dan Schomer..I was satisfied with the deal. After a few days, I saw a paint flaw on the truck. I took it to a body shop and it was confirmed that the drivers side of my new truck had been repaired and poorly re-painted. I brought the truck back to Sunrise and was immediately greeted by sales manager, Dan Schomer And the general manager Dan Kurtz. They were appalled that this truck was repainted and traded to them by another dealer. Without hesitation, I was told that they have a reputation to uphold and this truck is unacceptable. Dan Kurtz told Schomer to get on the computer and locate me another comparable truck. Within three days I was given a new truck and could not be happier. I later learned that this is an acceptable practice and as consumers, we do not have to be notified of damage if it does not exceed 10% of the price of the vehicle. This type of unethical practice will not happen at Sunrise. I am totally satisfied with the service I received from these three gentlemen. They were duped by that dealer and took the hit to keep me satisfied.. I will never purchase a chevy anywhere but Sunrise Chevrolet...Dan, as long as you keep giving this type of service I will remain a loyal customer. Keep up the great customer service!!! John More
