My Eric made my buying Experience so easy and quick! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that he was with me every step of the way, I was able to test drive th He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that he was with me every step of the way, I was able to test drive the vehicle, he was able to show me the features of the car so I was comfortable being in the vehicle, I was included in the process especially with the final details of detailing the car , taking pictures of the vehicle and sending to me, and making sure it was ready for my pick up. He was very friendly, very professional, and was always open to answer my questions via text or in person. I really appreciate his attention to detail and him answering all of my questions. I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy a vehicle. On the contrary, he made me feel very comfortable. He really spent his time working with me. I really enjoyed working with him. I just really felt like I was working with my dad. I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Eric! He made my experience with Rusty Wallace the best I’ve had yet! Just an all around good guy. Eric has been the most personable salesperson I’ve had a chance to work with. I’ve been buying cars for 40+yrs and am only upset that it’s my 1st time with him. He went out of my way to call me back after chance to work with. I’ve been buying cars for 40+yrs and am only upset that it’s my 1st time with him. He went out of my way to call me back after we weren’t able to close a deal on the 1st night and made sure that my 2nd visit was successful.
