Team - I hope you understand what you have as a Salesman in Eric Danford! I have bought a lot of vehicles through the decades. The best salesman that I saw previously was a German fella selling BMWs in Cali in Eric Danford! I have bought a lot of vehicles through the decades. The best salesman that I saw previously was a German fella selling BMWs in California and he was sharp, knew his product, and he understood people. Eric is this fella and more. It is readily apparent that Eric drives and uses what he sells. He has driven an Audi for a long time and it shows in his knowledge. He understands the product from a user perspective better than anyone that I have seen at a dealer. His technical information transfer to my wife, an Applied Mathematics PhD, was perfect. She digs all the options that her Audi Q5 brings. Five weeks after our purchase she still reaches out to Eric to figure out some minute detail. BTW...the Audi owner's manual does not cover all of the vehicle's functions. But Eric knows them. This is my wife's favorite car...ever...and I am not certain she would have bought it without Eric being able to relate to her in a very professional manner tailored to her interests. I had a fantastic experience working with Eric Danford at Audi Cary remotely. We live in Vermont and were looking to buy a used Honda Pilot out-of-state. When I found THE ONE I called the dealership immediately and was lucky enough to connect with Eric. He was very detailed in his description of the car, trustworthy, thorough, and most importantly (for me) did not pressure me AT ALL to move on the car. Once we started the process he committed fully to working with me, I felt very well taken care of. He did his job and got me excited about how well-maintained the car was and shared with me any minor wear-and-tear issues he found. Eric was professional, made shopping from way up in VT a breeze and gave me what seemed to be 100% of his attention whenever I had questions, concerns or extra requests. I was nervous about buying something so big unseen in person. Somehow Eric relieved those worries. He also helped get the car shipped here safely and promptly even during the pandemic. Thank you!!! Our family is very happy after receiving the car today! I also worked with Jim Fryling while my documents were prepared and I had an equally pleasant experience with him. 5 stars all around!
