Best car buying experience--ever! My son and I stopped in to Audi Cary inquire about a 2019 A3 he saw on the website. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Eric Danford. It was a My son and I stopped in to Audi Cary inquire about a 2019 A3 he saw on the website. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Eric Danford. It was a busy, rainy Saturday, close to closing time. We drove the car and, my son really liked it. Unfortunately, Eric was busy with another customer and could not spend much time with us. It was late, so I made an appointment for the following Monday to have my son's trade evaluated. We were given an excellent price for the trade and Eric and I worked out a deal, whichI relayed to my son. He wanted to test drive it again as he had a number of questions. Eric spent plenty of time with us and pointed out all the features of the car. My son was convinced. He finalized the deal and could not be happier. Eric made the process pleasant and completely pressure free. Having been in the car business for a number of years, I've seen the best and very worst of the car buying spectrum. I will say, this was the best car buying experience I've ever been involved in and Eric and the Leith Team are to be commended for the way they treat customers. Courtesy and respect are the words that come to mind. More

I came knowing that I wanted a Q3 with my daughter. Eric was very knowledgeable. He knew every question that I asked about the car. He even laughed at my daughters ' useless facts" ( What is a Narwhal?) lol. Since they did not have the color I wanted, we had to wait 2 loooonnnggg months. During those months Eric kept in contact with me letting me know the status of the car. This was our first experience at Audi Cary and will definitely NOT be our last. More

I had lots of questions along the way but Eric got answers and didn’t mind pu My salesman was experienced, highly professional and easy to work with. I had lots of questions along the way but Eric got answers and didn’t mind putting things in writing or copying info right out of his order book. I was looking at a Q5 but when I heard about the redesigned Q3, I immediately gravitated to it. The size fit my needs better, the technology a cut above and it looks great. I had to wait a couple months to get the color I wanted but it was worth it. Only reason I am not giving the dealership 5 stars is that there was very little discount off full MSRP. More
