Called Pointe because I was interested in the GMC Acadia and got Eric Davis on the phone. Was able to tell him the price range I was looking for and asked if he could get back to me and within a day he cam and got Eric Davis on the phone. Was able to tell him the price range I was looking for and asked if he could get back to me and within a day he came back with a great price within the range. Not at the top of the range, right in the middle. No haggling. No games. I went in on 4th of July and all of the employees had off but the owner was there just in case they got walk-ins. He was more than helpful and let me look around the car even though they were technically "closed". I went in on Eric's day off and another salesman Kevin stepped in and took care of me. Even though it was not his sale, he did all of the paperwork and went through our newly purchased Acadia feature by feature. Great sense of teamwork and left me more than satisfied. Pointe has a new customer for many years to come. More
